Services designed for your next step.

You have goals. We map the way forward.

Education Consulting

We specialize in helping international students apply to U.S. schools at all levels–from kindergarten to doctoral..
Our education consulting services focus on four key admission types based on your current visa or status. Explore each one to understand what fits your situation best—and how we can support you through the process.

If you’re outside the U.S. and plan to study as a full-time student, you are considered an Initial F-1 Visa Client.

Welbright helps you choose the right school, prepare a strong application, and get ready for your F-1 visa interview. We make sure your first step to studying in the U.S. is informed, supported, and strategic.

If you are already in the U.S. on a different visa (such as B-1/B-2, H-4, or F-2) and want to switch to F-1 to study full-time, you are a Change of Status (COS) client.

Welbright guides you through the school admission process, COS petition preparation, and maintaining status throughout. We help you manage the complexities of COS with clarity and confidence.

If you’re an F-1 student currently studying in the U.S. and wish to move to another school, you are a SEVIS Transfer client.

Welbright assists with evaluating transfer eligibility, securing new admission, and coordinating the SEVIS record release. We help you avoid mistakes and stay in good standing throughout your transfer.

If your F-1 status has been terminated but you wish to continue your studies in the U.S., you are a Reinstatement client.

Welbright supports you in selecting a school, enrolling, and preparing a strong reinstatement petition. We work with urgency and precision to help restore your student status.

Immigration Consulting

If you are already in the U.S. on a non-immigrant status—such as B-1/B-2 (Tourist), F-1 (Student), or J-1 (Au Pair, Work and Travel, Visiting Scholar)—we can assist with Change of Status (COS)Extension of Status (EOS), or Adjustment of Status (AOS) for eligible clients seeking permanent residency through the Diversity Visa program or a qualifying family-based petition.

We also work with clients interested in starting or investing in a U.S. business through the E-2 Treaty Investor visa. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we’ll help you prepare a strong petition package that meets both immigration and business requirements.

If you are outside the U.S. and planning to apply for a non-immigrant or immigrant visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate, Welbright can guide you through each step—from understanding the requirements to organizing your documents and preparing for your visa interview.
