Please review your invoice for a breakdown of applicable fees and the total amount to be paid2. We do not collect or store any of your payment information — all transactions are processed securely through the external platform of your selected payment provider3.

  2. All service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the exception of third-party fees (such as USCIS filing fees or school application fees) that have not yet been paid. ↩︎
  3. All payment methods are processed externally via the platforms you select, such as Stripe, Zelle, Apple, or PayPal. Their terms and conditions apply, and Welbright Consulting does not access or store any of your payment details. ↩︎
  4. The “Note” column provides a general estimate of how quickly work will begin once payment is received. These timelines reflect typical processing speeds and may vary slightly depending on the service.column in the table above for estimated processing times. ↩︎
  5. Zelle payments must be sent to Welbright Consulting using pay@welbright.com or the phone number listed on your invoice. Please confirm the recipient name before submitting payment. ↩︎
  6. Apple Cash payments can be sent via Messages on iOS or macOS to 224‑698‑9698. Enter the amount due in the message and send using Apple Cash. Please double-check the number carefully before sending. ↩︎
  7. PayPal payments must be sent to pay@welbright.com. The recipient will appear as Welbright Consulting. Clients should confirm the correct amount with Welbright Consulting before sending payment. A standard transaction fee applies and is non-refundable, even if the transaction is canceled or refunded. ↩︎
  8. Cash Deposit / ACH payments must be made directly to Welbright Consulting’s business bank account. Clients should confirm the correct amount and account details with Welbright Consulting before initiating payment. ↩︎
