School Admissions
We work primarily with international student clients aiming to apply for admission to schools within the U.S. In general, students seek one of the 4 types of admission. Check and learn which one match your current status.
If you are applying for admission from your country, you are an Apply from Abroad Client. The general process for abroad applicants is to get admission from the school of your choosing, and then bring the school documents for an F-1 visa interview. With a successful interview, you will receive your passport with an F-1 visa, which you will use to enter the U.S.
You are considered a Change of Status (COS) Client if you are already in the U.S. and want to change your status to F-1 to study as a full-time student. The COS process is more complicated than the Abroad process. With the recent changes in immigration policy, COS you must maintain your current status until you receive your new non-immigrant status. You will not be able to enroll and study in the school while waiting for the decision.
If you have maintained your F-1 status in good standing at your current school, regardless of your progress in the program, you are eligible to transfer to study in another school as a SEVIS Transfer Client. The best practice to initiate the transfer process is to get admission to the intended school while continuing to fulfill the current school’s requirements. It is an easy process but you have to do it right and in a timely manner, or you might end up having your F-1 status terminated in the process.
Full-time international students in the U.S. must maintain their F-1 status until they complete their studies. Failure to do so will result in your F-1 status being terminated by your school. You must leave the U.S. immediately or you will start accumulating an overstay. If you want to continue to study, you will be an F-1 Reinstatement Client to apply for F-1 reinstatement with your current or a completely new school. You must enroll and study while waiting for the decision.
Visa Application
We assists not only students but the general public to apply for non-immigrant visas such as B1/B2 Tourist, F-1 Student, J-1 Exchange Visitor and Scholar, J-1 Work and Travel, J-1 Au Pair, etc. You become a Visa Application Client and we will help you throughout your visa application process, including filling out DS-160 Online Non-immigrant Visa Application and preparing for the interview with a mock interview.
Translation & Interpretation
We assist in abstracting, editing, translation, localization, and interpretation. Personal and professional documents include Resume, Statement of Purpose, Academic Papers, etc.
Notary Public
We offer notary services for personal or business purposes, in person, online/onsite to ensure that your documents are legally binding and enforceable.
